1. Rooms range from $100.00 to $120.00 per night.
   
   

2. Room rates are for reservations of 2 or more nights in the Indian, Patio and Loft rooms, are based on single or double occupancy and include a full breakfast.
   Additional $15.00 per person per night.
   No reservations will be accepted for one night stays.
   Children under the age of 12 yrs. old welcome in "The Casa" only.
   
   

3. The Casa (vacation rental house) rate is $125 per night, 2 night minimum stay required.  7 or more nights, $100 per night.  Please inquire for discounts on extended stays. 
   Breakfasts are not included.
   
   

4. Please inquire with us in regards to your well-behaved pet(s).
   
   

5. 25% Deposit required at time of booking.
   
   

6. 7% Sales Tax added to Total at time of departure.
   
   

7. Non-Smoking B&B.  Smoking permitted Outdoors only.

Cancellations:

Refund of Deposit will be made if cancellation is made 10 days prior to reservation date.  If cancellation is made within 10 days of reservation date, deposit will be applied to next reserved stay.

Check In / Out:

Check In 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM
Check Out preferably before 12:00 noon.  Let us know if you would like us to accommodate an earlier or later schedule.
