Habitat for Humanity of Espaņola Valley & Los Alamos

This new-home project was completed in November of 1997. It required extensive preparation of the site before the foundation and slab could be installed, and a radiant heating system was also incorporated into the floor, so construction took over a year. It is a 1025 square ft, 3-bedroom, 1-bath home for a family of 4. It was completed with the help of many volunteers and the new homeowners.

The homeowners had been living in this home before completion of the new home.
